Job Analysis & Worksite Assessment
Work Solutions occupational therapists and physiotherapists provide these services to determine if the physical and psychological demands of a job match the skills and attributes of a worker.
A job analysis measures the inherent demands of a particular job or task.
A worksite assessment determines the demands involved in a particular role and its suitability for an individual with an injury or disability.
Together these services:
- allow employers to segment job tasks to better suit occupational demands
- help minimise injuries, and
- enhance staff retention and early return to work.
