New Services: Job Capacity Assessments

As part of the Federal Government's 'Welfare to Work' initiative, Work Solutions Australia's consultants participate in the delivery and coordination of Job Capacity Assessments (JCA's). JCA's are comprehensive assessments of a person's ability to work. The assessments involve identification of barriers to employment and the subsequent identification of interventions which may assist the individual in overcoming these barriers.
